Chef Michael Angeloni has always had a thing for tacos. His first kitchen job at 16 was his introduction to Mexican cuisine, and that foundation never left the menu.
Mikey Dreams of Tacos is his version of taco night, done the way you would expect from Berczy: wagyu carne asada, duck confit with house red mole, aguachile with gulf shrimp and yellowfin, and a special margarita to go with it.
