About The Berczy Tavern
The Berczy Tavern is a dining room and live piano bar in the heart of Old Town Toronto. Located at 69 Front Street East, we're steps from St. Lawrence Market, Berczy Park and the famous dog fountain, the Gooderham Flatiron Building, and a short walk from Union Station.
Chef Michael Angeloni leads the kitchen with a New Canadian Bistro menu rooted in seasonal, locally sourced ingredients with Mediterranean and European influence from the coastal regions of Italy, France, and Spain. Much of the butchery is done in-house, ensuring exceptional quality and freshness.
The piano bar is the heartbeat of The Berczy. Live music runs five nights a week plus weekend brunch, with players who read the room and take requests. From Billy Joel to Taylor Swift, Elton John to Gnarls Barkley — the music never competes with the room. It completes it.
Whether you're here for a weeknight dinner, a Saturday date night, Sunday roast with half-price wine, or a piano brunch with $10 mimosas — The Berczy is a place where you come for the food and stay for the feeling.
